Serving at 1C is about more than just lending a helping hand! It’s about making a difference and connecting to God’s purpose for your life. From inspiring kids to follow Jesus to singing on stage to greeting new guests to serving with a local mission partner, there is a place for everyone to serve inside and out of our four walls.

Hospitality and Guest Care

Greet people, hold doors, prepare drinks, offer bakery items, serve coffee, park cars which are all crucial jobs that make people feel welcome. The A-Team is the first impression people get of our church family, helping create a welcoming environment so others can find Jesus here.

Worship Arts

Have a passion for the arts? Whether you're a musician, or enjoy mixing a soundboard, programing lights, there are many opportunities here. Help us create an atmosphere where people experience the presence of God.

Outreach

Help change your neighborhood and the world. You were born to make a difference. When you serve in this ministry, you will meet the real-life needs of people from all walks of life.

Students

Hundreds of kids come through our doors each week; it takes tons of volunteers to keep them engaged and safe! Lead children through Bible stories, songs, and group activities, or keep an eye on some of the most adorable babies you've ever seen. Change the world one kid at a time!

We like to believe that 1C Students volunteers have the most fun. We’re looking for high-energy, fun-loving leaders! Come pour into the next generation of middle school or high school students, helping them learn to love God and live the fulfilling life He has for them.

Support

If you prefer to work behind the scenes to help create life-changing opportunities, these support roles are for you! Office volunteers, event teams, kitchen teams, social media, tech support, and others assist ministries at our campuses.

Worship Arts

Capture moments that tell stories and show the love of Jesus through photos at events and services. Whether taking pictures during baptism, worship, or events, your photos will serve as a lasting reminder of God's work in our lives.
