At 1C, serving is how we live out our faith together. When we step in to serve, we build community, grow closer to one another, and take part in what God is already doing here and beyond our walls.

No matter your schedule or experience, there’s a place for you to get involved. As you serve alongside others at 1C, you’ll not only make a difference — you’ll grow in your faith and sense of purpose along the way.

Serving at 1C is about stepping into something bigger than yourself and discovering the difference it makes. When we serve, we find community, grow in purpose, and walk alongside others in meaningful ways.

Whether you have a few hours or simply a willing heart, there is a place for you. No matter if you love working with people, prefer behind the scenes roles, or want to help wherever needed, your strengths matter. Welcome & Hospitality
A-TEAM | This team greets guests, hands out communion, and helps create a comfortable and inviting experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Coffee Shop | This team serves drinks and sweet treats with a smile, helping create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere on Thursdays and Sundays. From coffee and smoothies to snacks and donuts, they make it easy for people to connect and feel at home. 
Community & Care
Walking for Wellness | This team helps create connection through movement and healthy activity. Volunteers assist with check-in and answer questions during Walk for Wellness, Monday–Thursday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 
Next Generation
1C Kids (Birth-5th Grade) | The 1C Kids team invests in children by teaching them about Jesus in safe, fun, and age appropriate ways. Volunteers help kids feel loved, known, and excited to learn about God.

Warehouse (Middle & High School) | The student leaders walks alongside middle and high school students as they grow in faith. They help create a welcoming space where students can ask questions, build friendships, and follow Jesus.
Creative Arts
Worship | The Worship team helps lead our church in meaningful, Christ centered worship. Musicians and vocalists use their gifts to point people toward Jesus.

Production | The Production team supports services through audio, video, lighting, and technology. Their behind the scenes work helps create clear and distraction free worship experiences.
Facilities & Support
Building and Grounds | This team cares for our church campus by keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. Their work helps create an environment where ministry can happen smoothly.
